We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover. We are regretfully unable to accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank deposits.

Return Policy

Please read carefully to ensure eligibility:

  • If you’re not fully satisfied with your full-priced Blu Ash purchase, please return it for a full refund to the original form of payment within 30 days of purchase.  Merchandise received after 30 days of purchase will not be accepted for return.
  • Please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed once we receive it
  • All sale items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange
  • We are unable to refund merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt.
  • Should you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Final approval on all returns is under the sole jurisdiction of Blu Ash. We reserve the right to reject any return that fails to fulfill our policy requirements. Rejected returns will be sent back to the customer.

US Domestic Shipping

Order Processing

Processing orders usually takes 1 – 3 business days from the time the order is placed.    Orders placed after Friday at 5 p.m. and on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 U.S. bound Blu Ash packages are shipped via USPS:

Free ground shipping, 5 - 7 days

Priority 2 - 3 days for $18.00

Express 1 - 2 days for $35.00

Please add an additional 1-3 business days to allow for processing.


International Shipping

Unfortunately at this time Blu Ash does not  ship outside of  the US
