Shipping and Processing Time

Orders will be processed within the next 1-2 business days from the day the order is placed if it does not contain any stock discrepancies. The delivery date will be the processing time plus the shipping time of the shipping method you select. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday may not ship until Monday.  If you need an order shipped in a certain timeframe, need to change your shipping method, or need to make any adjustments on your shipment please email us at info@Blu-Ash.com and we will try our best to accommodate you. If an order has already shipped, unfortunately we are not able make any adjustments.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Packages are sipped with USPS Priority which includes insurance. The shipment becomes the customer's and carrier’s responsibility once it is passed along to the carrier. However, please contact info@Blu-Ash.com with your order number and we can help file a claim for you. Blu Ash is not responsible for lost/stolen packages; however, we will try our hardest to make sure the carrier locates your package or offers a reimbursement check.

P.O. Box Delivery

Blu Ash does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Order Contains Damaged Merchandise

If any product in your order has arrived damaged in any way, please email info@Blu-Ash.com in order to remedy the situation. The customer is responsible for contacting our Customer Service team within 72 hours after the package is delivered to put in a claim for a damaged piece. If a return is received with a piece that seems used, worn, or damaged and there was no previous communication that it arrived in anything but perfect condition, we will not be able to process a refund or credit for the product.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for the cost of merchandise return shipping cost back to Blu Ash’s distribution center.

Economy Shipping - 5 to 8 days   $12
Standard Shipping - 3 to 4 days   $18
Express Shipping -  1 - 2 days     $35
